Weatherford Regional Medical Center (WRMC) recently received a prestigious recognition from The Joint Commission, the leading accrediting body of health care organizations in America.

This recognition was based on data that was reported to The Joint Commission regarding clinical processes that are shown to improve care for certain conditions, including heart attack, heart failure, pneumonia, surgical care and children's asthma. Our hospital met or exceeded the standards of care in these areas.
Of the 3,099 hospitals that submitted this data to The Joint Commission in 2010, WRMC is one of only 405 hospitals that received this recognition.
